My Tips to Lower Cholesteral

I've decided to be concerned about my cholesteral. Starting this week, as much as I dislike it, I will eat a couple of Oatmeal Debbie Cakes, every day. It's sure to lower my numbers, right?

if little debbies lowered your cholesteral my doctor would have me increase my fried egg intake to get mine back up to a safe level

Ophelia, They are not my favorites. I do like swiss rolls, chocolatey things but I will do what I have to, like a good patient, lol!
