Yes Ma'am You're Screwed; All Barrels

Yes boys and girls, there's a valuable lesson to be learned here;
Never, ever delete your blog, even if you are suicidal because you might change your mind and have to deal with your friends and family, clicking on your old site only to be shocked and amazed by porn.
The following is a complete, unedited transcript from blogger. Basically, they could give a rat's ass about what people are doing with their domains. I gave them the addresses/URL and I specifically told them that those sites were planting Tac 3 Spyware on your computer. I even told them about the fact that they are using my user name and I can't access my old blog
Bitchin & Stuff because they have My motherfuckin' name tied up. Basically, blogger doesn't care but you can read and you tell me. I call an email like this, the ol' stick up the ass trick. It's the old song and dance and skirt around the issue. If I had a dick, I'd tell 'em to puff away on my white owl baby.

This is in reference to THIS post.

Hello,
Thank you for your note. Please note that Blogger is a provider of content
creation tools, not a mediator of that content. We allow our users to
create blogs, but we don't make any claims about the content of these
pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a blog
contains unappealing or distasteful content or presents unpopular
viewpoints. We realize this may be frustrating and we regret any anxiety
or inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information
for the author is listed on the page, we recommend you working directly
with this person to have the content in question removed or changed.
In cases where the author is anonymous, please note that in accordance
with US state and federal law, it is Blogger's policy to only provide a
user's contact information pursuant to a valid third party subpoena or
other appropriate legal process.
Sincerely,
The Blogger Team

wow, this makes me happy that I've never opened any other blogs on my account. I'm very confused because I know blogger is pretty free with what you're allowed to upload to their servers...but teen porn? isn't that illegal in any instance??

i hate to be this person.. but i can see their point.

The only way legally for blogger to allow 'free press' is to only cunduct the platform to which you can utilize. Anything further from that would make them liable, and thus able to be sued for the content on your site.

To keep the blogger world working the way that it should.. unfortunately they have to take a 'non issue' stance. And i get that.

I am a little surprised that they didn't choose to direct you to a site that helps ban illegal content though. There are a few out there.. i am thinking if you wrote into http://www.eff.org/bloggers/lg/ they might have a better answer.

But as for blogger... if you want to write big words like fuck on your blog.. then they have to stay out of it.

Webmiztris,I was really surprised, ya know that they would allow all this. I believe in freedom of speech and all but not at my expense, ya know?

Xmichra, I think you missed my whole point here. I have nothing to say about what happens to my blog address after I've deleted it and I understand that. I don't like it but understand. What fries my ass is that they are listed under my name, still. They also are using my user name, from Bitchin & Stuff. Now, I can't access my own fuckin website because they are all tied together. It's rather frustrating and underhanded, if you ask me.

I'd be livid too if they took my name and used it while advertising teen porn.

X, it is very frustrating. I thought that blogger would help in some capicity but really, they could give a shit, ya know?

Ophelia, I don't care much for porn but I don't like teen porn. I especially don't want to be associated with it or for people, maybe even family to think I have something to do with it, ya know? I mean I can't explain to everybody, "Hey, it's not me." They may think it is and that really bothers me.
